Here is the problem, agents receive various files daily from different clients which becomes increasingly difficult to track and organize every day. They also run the risk of misplacing critical information, missing emails from clients, a disorganized client roster, and even the inability to receive files too large to be sent through email. Our application eliminates these issues by automating the entire process.

All the agent has to do manually is click send on the pre-written email template which includes the link for the file drop to the client. As the file is uploaded by the client, the app automatically creates a new folder organized by time, date and email to ensure easy navigation. In the case that any information is lost, there is any easy way to recover any of that data.

Security and Storage

TheSecure File Request Application is able to receive a few files or in bulk up to 10GB. Clients also don’t require any registration or software in order to securely submit files. The link also has an expiry date for added security which can only be used one time. Upon secure upload and submission, both the client and agents receive notifications of the file submission to guarantee that everyone is on the same page.
